Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Return window: 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Matching 2-Piece Sets must be returned together as a complete set.

Return shipping:
• $9.99 flat rate for refunds to your original payment method
• Free if you choose store credit or an exchange
• Defective or incorrect items are always free to return — contact us and we’ll take care of the shipping.

How to start a return:
Please do not mail items back to the address on your original shipping label.

1. Email us at customersupport@bonappleteaclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label (the $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
